Hi,I wanna download the BSC Textures 2-3,and in the page for the 2nd volume,it says to delete some things before downloading it,or to use the Cleanitol,I just want to know,what is the cleanitol,and how do you use it? The description is confusing for me,thanks alot for any help!

Cleanitol is a small tool to remove deplicated files.

You can find it on the LEX: download link

Doing a search for the Cleanitol in the top right corner, you will find Cleanitol A Guide for Users
