I've seen a mod where people are able to zone their farms as small or large as they want, and the shape that they want, so no squares. Can anyone help me out?
Also I've been wondering where I can find those tall, what looks like light posts almost, things that people generally put around real highways for eye candy.

There are two such mods that I know of that allows the placement of smaller farm tiles:

First up is this one:

This mod does exactly as you want it to do.
