The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

I can not find this file "kei-jpn-prop-basic set-01". Does anyone have or know where to download it?

The link I used to download it about 6 months ago leads to what I think is a dead page, which is not a good sign, sorry.

Update: I think I found it again, try here

Sorry that links to the dead page also... it looks like from google search that it might be available on SimCity.cn, the link isn't currently working for me but I don't think that site is dead.
