Trying to start off 2016 with my first RHW bridge

Ahoy!  I came across the Diagonal Bridge Enabler and was quite astonished that it drained (and refilled!!!) the water exactly as advertised; still, I believe that I have some more work to do before I am ready to make real use of the DBE.

Right now, I am planning to build a 4th lvl elevated RHW 6S across the bay.  There is a thread on this site that explains how to avail two On-Slope Transitions stacked at two different elevations (2nd lvl and 3rd lvl to be exact); bearing that tutelage in mind, I have placed an OST at 2nd lvl elevation and at 4th lvl elevation as indicated in the screen capture.  My previous attempts have resulted in a beautiful slope transition coming off the embankment but not actually connecting with the 4th lvl elevated RHW 6S Starters.  For this endeavor, I have also added 3rd lvl RHW 6S starters.  I believe that I have covered all my bases and I am hoping it succeeds; still, I cannot escape the feeling that I am overlooking something.

Any counsel?
