VIP-Girafe Ocean Pearl Yacht no show

The lot doesn't shop up in any menu (it's supposed to be a civic-park building according to the readme). And it's not a grow, right ?  It doesn't show as a reward with the Rewards cheat. It doesn't show in the Lotplop cheat plugins.

Ghost Ship ?

Can anyone explain and/or help ?

It shows up fine in my park menu, below the Maxis park stuff (Item Order 5, so it might be below lots of custom stuff as well, surely not at the bottom, but rather somewhere in between).

Same here, for both Maxis and Dark Night version. Not sure why it would not show up, maybe try installing again?

er... I reinstalled it three times ; I assume that the fact I am blocking Maxis stuff (except IND) has absolutely nothing to do with it -- I took the Maxis nite lot.:-)

........ tried again (what was that about doing the exact same thing hoping for different results ?) It refuses to show up in the park menu, with absolute obstinacy (and yes, I DLed a fresh version the last time) I know I have a frapload of custom content in that menu, but it never kept anything from showing up...
