BSC Essentials need help

The BSC Essentials install says to also install Textures V3 & Mega Props V2.  Are the textures & props from earlier volumes included in these files?  I am asking because the Census Repository lists Textures V1 as a dependency.

The higher numbered ones do not include those other megapacks with lower revision numbers. I.e. You'll need the texture packs 1, 2 and 3 to have everything. Same with the prop packs also. This pretty much applies to most content out there, with a few exceptions.
