How to I change NAM settings

Hello, so I downloaded a map with prebuild RHW and it requires I make sure the following settings is done in NAM.

"RHW (Real HighWay) and all components (only need network levels L0 through L2)
MHO (Maxis Highway Override)
RRW (Real RailWay) and rail viaducts
Road viaducts, all components
Wide Radius Curves"

How do I change this stuff? Its the MAxis Highway Overide and RRW thats not activated.

Run the NAM installer again, choosing different options (possibly a "custom" install). Don't uninstall or delete -- just run over the top of what you have.
