UK asphalt textures

I was wondering if someone could tell me where I get those asphalt texture replacements, where the yellow road stripes are replaced by the UK style white ones.

I believe what you are looking for is found on the LEX.  First you need to sign up if you already haven't. 
Than look under mods - transport,  page 3.
You will need Euro Crossings
                   SC4 Euro - textures
                   Nam - Euro - textures.
