Waterfront Hall

I was wondering in addition my previous post on government buildings if anyone would be up to create a round building, something rather lacking and which in some cases can look wonderful,

In particular I would like to request one from my home city of Belfast, the Waterfront Hall. I would also like to have a Belfast statue placed outside the BAT, I would like to use it as a new modern Art gallery in Atlantis. The statue is known as the Thanksgiving Statue and sits on a globe of the the earth.
