Where are the ploppable rocks?!

Hey guys, I just downloaded Jeronij's ploppable water and for some reason, the polppable rocks are locked on the STEX, and they're not to be found anywhere around here!  Is this in a new version?  Was there a problem with it?

Could someone please try to find me a link for it?  I would really appreciate it.
