how to easily double jobs of all commercial lots

Hi-
So far I've been able to do this:
Using Ilive Reader, I've been able to go through the simcity_1.dat file and double the number of jobs that each commercial building allows.  This works, but was extremely time consuming, and it does not even touch the time I would have to put in editing the values in downloaded towers.

My Question: Is there a way to easily tell the program to double the number of jobs that any commercial building supplies???  This way I won't have to create a new mod every time I download something.

No, there is no way to change the occupancy in multiple buildings.
