i created a range.txt file in the sc4tool system folder with

0xF3C80000,0xF3CFFFFF

and sc4 tool showd me your IID range is ERROR - ERROR

what have i done wrong?

I just created my own range.txt file with 0xF3C80000,0xF3CFFFFF in it and it worked OK for me. 

Can you email me your range.txt file, to see if I can use your file with my installed program.
