Mac OS X and DMG, and what I could do for the BSC

As you all know, the BSC is for the most part an EXE factory.

One problem: there are Mac SimCity people out there.

Most Mac OS X installers use the DMG format.

I found a small, lightweight application called Quick DMG that allows me to efficiently create DMG files.

What I can do with Quick DMG is create DMG format disk images for Mac users with everything that the EXE files have.

One catch to DMG: the executable installers are in a different format, and I don't have the tools to decode that. I could create a simple "drag and drop" process with the alias to where SC4 plugins are located on Mac OS X. And even applications do that!

If you are interested, please reply. If I am cleared to begin work and upload the stuff, I will create my own upload image icons, etc.

Most mac users (including me) use File Juicer (http://www.echoone.com) to extract the files from an exe installer, so this would be fairly unnecessary IMO, but thanks for the offer
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it
