I know its out there somewhere, but try as i moght im haveing trouble finding it.

Can someone point me in the right direction i cant even recall the creator to even do my own searches rather than bother everyone? %confuso

I think you are looking for Rita's Ice House by Bobbo662.  Unfortunately, I do not think it is available anymore.  I'm not sure where it was originally posted, but his files have been removed from the Simtropolis and SimPeg sites.  I think he was working on correcting the modding of his lots, but I think he is suffering from RLS at the moment.

If you do find a copy, you should know that there is a problem with the ploppable version of this lot.  It will grow on empty lots.  You can either delete the ploppable version and only use the growable version, or correct the ploppable version with the information posted in this thread:  Growing Empty Lots and How to Correct Them  You will see that Rita's Ice House is listed in post #12.
