MARRAST UNDERPASS FILES-CANNOT SEE IN GAME

Downloaded the most recent Marrast underpass files. I removed all of the old files ,but when I play the game I cannot see the files anywhere! Looked in all of the game menus but no Marrast files.

Its possible that, even not in the main package, you have downloaded and installed an MML (menu management lot) for the underpass.. if so you must place the MML (looks a bit like a bulldozer in the menu and is labeled for marrast) somewhere in the city for a while before you can build the underpasses.. then you can take it out later to keep your menu's shorter.. and yes it probably is a good idea to read a bit about MML's and how they work and what the issues are. There have been many versions of this MMl and it is possible that you didn't even know you had it.. if that is not the issue, I'd guess you have not installed the lot properly
