Two rail traffic, One lot.

Hi everyone!

I'm working in a BAT/Lot that has two types of rail traffic (monorail & el rail), I have already searched in the foruns here and on Simtropolis but found little information. Despite the lack of information, i'm convinced that is impossible to a lot hold two kinds of rail traffic at same time.
In fact, the monorail works, but the Elrail don't (Actually, it only pass through the lot, but sims can't board at the station). I think this is the same effect that happens with the "HSRP transit hub". I'm right?

Is trully impossible for me to complete my Lot? There is any hope for this scenary to change?
