Third Party Seaports

In the Readme for the BSC Functional Seaports there is a section titled "Third Party Seaports".
In this section it states:

"The enablers listed below are known to exist and available elsewhere on SC4Devotion.

    v3_Enable PEG_3x5_CSK2_Port-Small_205f.dat
    v3_Enable PEG-CDK3_10x5_Container Port_110.dat
    v3_Enable PEG-CDK3-SP_Break-Bulk_SeaPort_110.dat
    v3_Enable PEG-CDK3-SP_Pier-Seaport_101.dat"

I would like to try to use these enablers, but haven't been able to find them.
Anybody know if they exist, and, if so, where?
