Simtropolis Tool -BAT script for gmax-

Im looking for simtropolis tool, a bat script for gamax that allows you to place nighlight quick, can someone please tell me where is it located please? or either for download, thanks!

Go to Simtropolis forums, search for "Simtropolis Tools", click until you get to page 5.  It's the second topic on the page. Click to enter then click on "Last Unread" and there's a link to it in the 3rd post from the bottom of the page.
