I have greated a sign to hang over my highways, but i can't get it done to get a highway under it??  ()what()
anybody?

BarbyW

I use the TE Editor in SC4Tool to transit enable but for your highway sign you may need to make it an overhanging prop.

Ah sure! great  but how do you do that any tutorials for that what you just said aboud the prop making? ()what() (I feel so stupid &ops)

RippleJet

If they are your own bats, then it's as simple as rendering them offset.

mtg

Still i don't get it, call me stupid but i don't have clue? How do you make a prop out of a bat?

BarbyW

You use Maxis PIM to make a prop descriptor from your BAT. You will need to render it offset first though.

Ok one more question what's offset rendering?

Diggis

In BAT, move the prop and the LOD to the side you want it to be offset, and then render it.  The blue box in the LE will show as centred, but the prop will be off to the side by the amount you offset it in BAT.
