New Request..Residential Canals

There are several wonderful canal sets that have been created but they are for either industrial or commercial zones.  Would it be worthwhile to create a residential canal set?  Click on the linkie for an actual photo of residential canals.  Just an idea I had.  Thanks!

When I saw those canals from the map up the close, to me they almost look like these- http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=635 I don't think I would use these for commercial, or industrial, I would only use these for residential myself. So is it worth it to create another set?

Thanks, J-Dub, I forgot about that canal set.  I guess it can be used for residential.  I'll have to download and check them out in game.  Thanks!
