Hi I see that you are the creator of the tallest building currently in the world - Burj Dubai. My request is can you make it functional as it is now actually. I tried using PIM but is too difficult for me because as you yourself know it consists of 4 parts. So it would be great if you do have both CS$$$ and CO$$$
