OK I don't know if anyone else has noticed this problem at all... But I noticed if I play vanilla without anyplugin's the Regional Tracker works no problem for me as I have it in my

program/maxis/plugins/bsc mod's folder = zzzz_BSC_RegionalCounter

so that is the folder structer for the setup...

now the problems I noticed is mainly happening if I try to play CAM files and all of my BSC collection folder, its no big deal but there seems to be something happening...
