BSC Prop Packs Still Locked

I have been unable to download these prop packs for a couple of weeks now. I'm getting boxes on the roadside parking and several other plugins. Does anyone know where I can get these props or will they become available again soon?

These have been superseeded by new MEGAPACKS. Check ones you've already gotten for updates.

This last one was kinda hidden notice I will give you that but there is also the saying that this patch is no longer needed as the installer is updated... But as you see there is the note there saying SAM v2 is outdated and its replaced with SAM v3 and you can get that one right here SAM v3
