simgoober made a Starbucks that is on the STEX. I am currently overhauling all SG's lots but I have no idea when the updates will get to the LEX.

Barby you have just made my day! The most custom content from a single creator on my hard drive is SimGoober and I simply cannot bear to remove all of his great commercial buildings for CAM...so I simply do some judicious bulldozing whilst I bide my time.
