Need Help in making Textures

I need some help in making these textures straight, from what it looks like



to this if at all possible



I've been trying to do this as a lot for Bruce aka Schulmanator....  The lot I am trying to rework is here [linkie] and the textures can be found with the dependencies... Any help in getting these textures would be great!!

I believe I gotten texturing down pat lol... So this is solved now woohoo!!!
