Missing props in a dependency

Hi everyone,
Some time ago i downloaded GaryReggae's building props and when i opened the lot editor, i could not find any of them( i've looked in the replace building, prop family and prop lists and on various types and sizes of buildings ),except 3 smaller props( 2 garages and a container ). I don't know where the problem could be - the file seems to be in the right directory and it has a fairly big size.

There are only 5 prop exemplars in the file - Garage_Red Door, Garage_Yellow Door, GaryReggae-Skip8CuFEL, SHED, WASTE-35ydSkipWood. There are also FSH and S3D files for other models but the exemplars are in the lot files. For example "PrintWorks-0x5ad0e817_0xeefd7c77_0x90000.SC4Model" was originally included in the "GAZ-PrintWorks" download but is now in the prop file.
