I downlaoded bothe the Urban highway and the NAM download but I still can't get sound walls around my highway.  Also I can't figure out how to make overpasses where the upper road comes from the ground and is lifted by a concrete base.  how do I do neat little things such as this?

Oh, sound walls around RHW and Maxis highways?

Look for Deadwoods's highway sound walls; those are some of the best ones.

Also: get smoncrie's hole-digging lots at Simtropolis. You need to sink your roads 15m to use the on-slope pieces with the overpasses.
