Part 2.

At least two (2) pictures of every Export and/or Import facility. One in view 3 or 2. The others more detailed. You have no max for those pictures, you may use as many as needed, but please be reasonable.

The Threestooges, during challenge 4, wanted an area left open in Tile H for a future tram line. The tram was never finished so the city of Burnepool decided to use the land for a Stock Yard. No buildings were torn down and the stockyard has easy access to a rail line that was set in place during challenge one. The stockyard increases farm demand in the southern cities and is appreciated by area cattlemen.

Remember challenge 5? Newsimaddict required a section of the Tile M coastline to be left open for future development. Perfect spot for a harbor. I had to square off the land a little. Did not have to bulldoze any buildings. I zoned the land between the North Whimperthorpe business district and the harbor as industrial. It quickly grew warehousing and manufacturing due to the nearby BSC XPort.

Workers moving containers around and about.

Oil was discovered in the northern cities back during challenge 7. Pipelines connect the oil to this BSC XPort and a tanker receives 8,000 barrels of crude.

Still Tile M - Every busy harbor needs a tug boat station.

Part 3.

An action picture of any event/disaster. With an interesting story/explanation.

Protestors Paper Mayor's Place.

Whimperthorpe – Oct 2009. A new tax on toilet paper? City Hall isn't kidding and Mayor Jim has instructed the city tax collectors to file a petition with the Governor's office to tax single-ply 2 cents a roll and double-ply tissue 4 cents a roll. Most paper goods are taxable according to the GRVII regional revenue sales tax guide. But toilet tissue is clearly listed as a non-taxable item. "This idea is a creative tax and may have merit" said a spokesperson from Governor B's office.

City Hall thinks so as well. And also thinks that the new tax will bring in $30,000 for sewer improvements and help pay for the new sewer plant. "It's kind of funny when you think of it" admitted city finance manager, Lowell Benut. "But we're serious and feel this is a good way to protect the underground water supply, help pay for sewers, finance a waste treatment plant, and make those who use the system more, pay more"

Normally, debates over toilet paper aren't the kind that can cause squabbles. Should I buy single or double-ply? Quilted or rippled? Hang the tube so it unrolls from the top or from the bottom? Should you fluff or fold? "This tax is different" said Thelma Wilson. " and I think it's a real crappy deal."  Thelma is not alone. Angry residents began calling city hall soon after KSIM broke the story. The mayor even received a suspicious package that turned out to be a roll of TP sent from an anonymous jokester who drew an unhappy smiley face on the paper.

However, no one was smiling when the Mayor got word that his home was the scene of an impromptu protest and that demonstrators were wrapping his yard in toilet paper. An obvious symbolic gesture of disapproval.  "This toilet paper is what I think of the Mayor's new tax" said a local resident who would only identify himself as Mr. Whipple.

Police Chief, Gene Podrewsky, responded with officers from the cities 3rd prescient and sent the crowds home before they got too far out of hand. Notably, a large number of teens exercised their right of political expression by joining the so called T Party to hurl Cushy Soft Mega Rolls at the Mayor's trees. "I certainly enjoyed my first act of civil disobedience" said a beaming Benny Block. Benny is a straight C student at John Novak Middle School. "I like Cushy Soft TP because I can really get it way up into the tree limbs."

The police department has banned the purchase of Cushy Soft after the hours of 9pm until further notice.

Tile M - Police respond and stop a riot before it starts.

Your region on the first picture is so beautiful that I want to live there. So much work in the region you have done and it makes it special and realistic. Nice pictures of the game from nice angles. All is nice and I am sure that Fred will agree with me for once. :D
Good luck.

Well done, Jim!  The stockyard seems like a very creative idea.  I also like the way that you've connected the area's oil production to the port.  This is quite realistic IMHO.
Good work!
