Cleanitol Problems

When I tried to run the BSC Cleanitol program it did not work saying there was an error. This is what it said exactly:
See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\BSCCleanitol\BSC Cleanitol TM.exe.log' for details

I went to the location and i didn't find the exact file but one that said that without the .log at the end of it. When I opened it this is what it said:

What does this mean and how can I fix it?
Im running Windows Vista also, could that present a problem?

You're missing a dll
Try download gdiplus.dll and mscvp71.dll if you have not them in your system ( put them on your c:\windows\system32 folder, so other tool I made will works )

Im running Windows Vista also, could that present a problem?
