Urban 1 tile Airport

Hi everyone,
I just started playing Simcity 4 again after leaving it for several years,and the changes in the community are incredible! I remember ST back in 04 with 0.5kb/s load rates!

I am looking for a very small tile that acts as an airport, for your urban centers as the downtown area I have built will look very odd if I keep the overcrowded International Airport for any longer.. I remember something like this a few years ago, and have searched around for a while for this, but have had no success.

So I just want to find a 1 tile airport with a high capacity, I can outsource the real airport to another location in my region.
