BSC RPK Sound Problem

I was just wondering if there was anyone else who had this problem with the sound. When ever I have one of the BSC RPK pieces in one of my cities I get the water sound playing REALLY very loudly when ever I unpause, or enter the city, or after I save. It does not matter where the camera is with respect to the pieces. It's actually quite annoying to hear all this water splashing all the time. Does anyone know how to remove it or fix this?
