Does anybody know?

NAM has a "Trumpet" and a "Partial Y" interchange, but these are for ground highways only. I could just use a T intersection (and turn the diagonal hwy to straight, shortly before the intersection) but this isn't looking good.

Any ideas please?

Try to do this:

- Raise the land 15m with Ground raisers on the place where you want to build your interchange.
- Build the trumpet or the partial Y on the raised piece of land.
- Use the on-slope pieces to connect the Elevated MHW into a Ground MHW.

Quite simple, but effective!
