Parking lots are grass?

I downloaded a few shopping centers and restraunts from simtropolis, and when I went into the game some of the buildings parking lots were missing and are just grass... I read the 'read me' files for the buildings but i cant figure out what to download to fix it... I've tried to download a few packs that had parking lot stuff in it but it says I already downloaded it and shows me a file that was 8mb... I remember downloading BSC MEGA Prop SC Vol 01 because I think it had most of the things i needed... idk im confused

It would help if you could list the lots causing you problems. That way one of us can help you to find the correct dependencies. We cannot help unless we know what the buildings are.

Okay... hmm... The buildings I downloaded are.. Hooters (deleted it by accident xD), Best buy, Safeway, Taco Bell, Little Caesar's and Costco...

I've tried searching these manually on this site and it kept taking me to a file that was around 8MB size...
So I went and downloaded it but nothing seemed to happen   
Ugh... I went to find that 8MB file and now its saying its like 4MB O.o  hmm... now some of these are saying I haven't downloaded them(they were saying I did earlier)... I guess I'll try downloading again? :/

Actually... I'm gonna wait tell someone responds... some of the files I look at say I've downloaded them more than once... Maybe that 8MB file I downloaded had all these files but it didn't do anything

A lot of earlier BSC prop and texture packs have been combined in new Mega Packs. Near the top of every page on the forums, you'll see a link that says "Boxes". This will lead you to the most up to date dependency list available, which Diggis is still working on, I believe. Some of the links are a little wacky right now.  

In the meantime, try clicking on Most Popular at the top of the LEX. That will give you an idea of the most frequently used dependencies around here.

And make sure that you use the installer inside the zip files.

All of the files you list have been updated and included in packs of simgoober's work on the LEX. As xxdita said most of the dependencies you have listed are now incorporated into MEGA packs of props or textures. I suggest you use the link at the top of the page to check which pack they are in now.

I'm using firefox so I click on the download.. it downloads then it opens in winrar... then I click the installer then extract it to simcity plug-in folder just to make sure it went... is that right?

I must be stupid, just like myself or blind but I've been staring at the list for a while and I cant find what to download

If you check your plugins folder, can you see the filename or an installer name like this: Install_BSCMEGAProps_MBEAR_Vol04 ?
If you see the latter, then you need to double click that to start it installing.

The lists are for those people who had the original files. If you didn't have them then you can't remove them

Argggggg 
I have another problem now... I downloaded a bunch of things for my game and when I went on to play everything loads, I go to select my map and the game crashes... I've tried over and over and tried different maps...
Idk what I did... or I downloaded something wrong? The things I've downloaded are...

deadwood's highway wall sound barrier thingys, bus stop, transit hub...
PEG's mall canals...
buddybud's sunken highway stuff and some hole digger thing
muro's diagonal stone walls? for highways... i'm not sure what it was xD but its to go with my highway walls...

since I've downloaded these I keep crashing
I think it might be my plug-in folder... because not everything is in files... its kinda just thrown in there    I download something, it opens in winrar... if its gotta be installed I install it then extract it into plug-in folders, and if it doesn't have to be installed I extract it to plug-in folders... Should I put everything into its folders and see?

I just went and took a bunch(all that I could find) of the files/installers out of the plug-in folder and the game works fine... How do I figure out what file is making my game crash?

Put files back group/folder by folder and keep testing in game. Once you find the one that is causing the CTD post here and we will try to help.
