change SAM road textures ?

Hello everyone,
is it possible to change the texture of the street addon mod with the lot editor? and replace them with any basic texture.

You can edit them, if you want, but not with the Lot Editor, as the SAM is a network, but no lots. I suggest to get in touch with the NAM Team, they can provide you with the SAM texture templates, so you can create your own texture style, which could replace another style, or even add a whole new one (but this would require to create another complete set).
