HighriseGrandStation by Raika or something like it

I'm in need of a twin- or multi-rail ELR station and the only one that seems to suit my needs is 'HighriseGrandStation' by Raika (http://kamurai.itspy.com/bbs/lev-bbs.cgi?bid=simedit=log5&skin=skin/config/=/bbs/skin/config/&style=1&page=1&ppid=1078910480933044#1078910480933044). Since my knowledge of Japanese is just about nill, if somebody knows where to find the download link (or a similar station), please let me know. Thanks!!!

For all of the Japanese sites, I use Google Translate.

But there is no download link available on that particular site.

Please download the file from the Home address.

Apparently his "home address" is http://raika-s.hp.infoseek.co.jp/

Unfortunately the ELR station doesn't seem to be there (the train station is lovely though  ). Any other ideas anyone???

    Just realized that this is in closed requests. Someone from Admin could move it to 'open', please.

If you follow the Home link on the post it takes you to http://ngt-online.hp.infoseek.co.jp/Simcity/. Helpfully there is an English version http://ngt-online.hp.infoseek.co.jp/Simcity/index_e.html

The station from the picture is there and the link works as of this post.
