hmm..i wish i could doodle like that! those intersections will add a lot to far. i like the idea of having more interesting intersections for sure.
are the rail puzzle pieces similar? keep up the great doodling....where would we be without it?? hehe.

hey david you might want to nose into  the NAM board, HD textures & props could really finish off this wonderful project...

Another day of meetings and stuff today.  Working on this, though.













And, John (mightygoose), the originals of these are already done in 512x512 pixel to 128x128 gridsquare scale.  From what I understand, it should be fairly straightforward to get this into his-res format.

It actually has been a couple of years, Jon.  I recollect that you posted a time or two when 3RR was over at ST.  Made my day, my friend!

Here's the completed game road wide curve textures.



"Productive meeting" about sums it up.  They are reduced, by the way, from 512x512 pixel masters,



which is the way I plan to be making all the transit textures I do in the future.  We'll see if we can get the RUL file part of these done this evening.  That'll leave the couple of hours I'll have tomorrow for a return to TLTFF.

So, has 3RR gone HD?  The new Maxis street turns look great, and fill in an important blank, as the FAR intersections do.  It turns out that I was right about the productivity of the trip.  Nice work, David!

Unbelievable, David!

Time and time again, you manage to find tiny little things in the game to change that just blow us away in monumental proportions! Your vision for these things--I should say your vision, in general--is just spot-on, my friend.
