I love the tyre marks...reminds me on the country town I grew up in. Still, its so true in most areas one lives - especially in highly condensed areas.

I had a bit of time this morning, so I thought I'd get started on the diagonal RealRoads intersection.



Here's a tiny part of the folder that the textures are being saved to.



I should have another in progress pic before I leave.

Yep.  A canceled appointment left me with some additional time.



















Here's the two textures I get out of this- the rest of the intersection is just flips and mirrors.





It's easy, from here, to create related intersections.

Diagonals always get my attention, and these are certainly no exception.  Keep up the good work, David!

Here the in-game result of the texture work we did yesterday.

1.  Drag a diagonal RealRoad over an already placed one.



2.  Wait through the usual construction.



3.  And there you are.



Here's that pic without the grid.



Unlike the current default roads, the RealRoad diagonal crossroads is an exact duplicate of the ortho crossroads.



I'm glad that there's a way to fit this project into the context of the NAM.  The pics here don't do justice to how good it looks in the game.
