Glenni,
I'd like to see these images.   But I have dial-up and they seem rather large.     They will take way to much time to load.     I'm sure they are lovely.

Some of them are arround 1000x1600 or so, most are 800x600 though, can you see those?

Gaston

Glenni,
I can see them.   It is just going to take a very long time to wait for them to load.    LOL    Perhaps when I have a GREAT deal of time to let them load completely.   I will have to refresh the load many times to get to see them.    Only a certain number will load then I get the dreaded little box with an "X" in it.   lol    Then I reload and let a few more load up.     It will just take some time to be able to view is all.    Since I have started typing this reply (maybe 3-5 minutes ago) only 4 pics have loaded and 4 more are remaining.   The rest (about 50 I think) have turned into those "X"s.    I'm just need to keep hittting refresh and waiting a little while.     I'll try when I have an hour or so to set and wait for it to load.    The first 8 look pretty good.   Some are just a bit fuzzy.   Thanks for your concern though.   I'll see them all eventually.

Yep, i'm aware of some of them being fuzzy.. it's sorta hard to keep that little phone stable. especially when my snap button often is a bit hard to reacty so i have to push extra hard.lol :-[  two of these were taken while it was still snowy outside :P

Anyway:

Fixed the images and re-uploaded them: here they are at 800x 600 + some other pics i forgot to upload...

Wonderful pictures Glenni.

It brings back memories from the time I was cycling in your country. (I made it all the way to Tromso.)It amazed me then and it still does just how clean your country is. I love the fact that you have no litter scattered about.

Thanks for jogging my memory :D

You cycled all the way to Tromsø? ???

Whoa! that's quite an acheivement!

TheTeaCat

Glenni you ready for this.

I have cycled all around Europe. I have been through Ireland (all over , where I come from :D)
England, Scotland, Wales, France, Spain, Gilbralter, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Italy, Monaco, Andorra, Switzerland, Leictenstein, West Germany, East Germany, Unified Germany (was in Berlin the night the pulled the wall down :D) Hungary, Belgium, Luxenberg, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and a few more but its hard to spell some of the former USSR countries  ;D I did this for 31/2yrs. Total miles travelled was 75,000 or 120,000 kms ;D ;D

Yet after all my travels I found the Scandanavian countries to be the cleanest

Nydelige bilder!
Ser ut som en veldig koselig by. Har desverre aldri vært der.

Eng: Great pics! Looks like a nice city. Unfortinately, i've never been there.

Glenni

I got some new  pics, taken Saturday    05.05.07

These taken at Haraldstøtta, it's a large obelisk on a small slope, it's where king Harald Hårfagre is said to be buried.

There are rocks with the names of our counties former and present in Norse, surrounding the monument:

And a pic from the town centre:

Enjoy ;)

Very nice pics Glenni. I like the mixture of wooden houses and brick buildings in the city.
Also the streets seem to be very steep in Haugesund.  ;D ;)
