ok so just got home from vacation, Detroit I'm slowly beginning to hate your airport after having to have run from the delta A terminal to C and B to A there and back, respectively... though it is very beautiful even at full sprint  :D

Blakeway: thanks, will have it up soon-ish

Battlecat: Thank you, I did enjoy it, wasn't much went to visit some family in michigan (got some nice inspiration for farms.....  &sly so much corn....

I set up the farms to contour to the existing tree's from the god mode since I felt it would be more natural that way

Skimbo&Tomas: Thank you for your kind words

Ok I'm working on my port city a little bit here so I'm gonna tell ya a little bit of what is to come here

In the next 2 weeks I'm going to post the construction of the area that was laid out in the planning. Just as soon as I get finished with it. After that I'll finish up the first part of the story and explain the construction of a new 'city' in a different area with-in the region and how that gets started.

Then I'm going to take a small break from the story and explain the rise of sports within the region and some of the racial tension and complexities that exist and the class structure that is created by it with-in the region and how it effects even the sports world within the region. At this time I'm not sure when this will get done as I don't know how busy I'll be when school gets started again.

After this is finished I'll start the next part of the story and show the rise of a new industry that comes to the region (because of the new city that is formed) and how it drives the port city from a small port 'village' to a small city.

From there I'm still working out the kinks, maybe some sort of civil un-rest, the forming of a military/police force and the drive toward city-state hood.

Niche, that sounds interresting. Especialy the racial tenson and the building of classes seems to be a must read :)

Thank you skimbo;

I am sad to admit this MD is currently on a bit of a hiatus with me. After my trip to Michigan I got really into the game Flight Simulator again and I'm afraid it's taken up most of my gaming. Not to worry too much though as SC4 is usually my stand by and is a game I go back to after having stints of 'getting really into' other games I have on my computer. At this time I'm not sure when I will return but I wouldn't delegate this to the 'in hiatus' MD's just yet. Just on a bit of a pause here, more to come later just didn't want to make it seem like I had completely forgot about the place and dropped off the face of the earth.

hey guys, well unfortunately due to a few unforeseen circumstances and well just a general lack of interest in this MD I've decided to close this down and just kinda do my own thing for a while with this region. Thanks for those who supported the MD but it's not what I want to do right now with the game.
