In order to increase residential demand, you simply need more jobs.
Let commercials and industry grow, and the residents will follow.

To get the demand over 24,000, use xxdita's XX Turbo, which sets it at a maximum of 52,000.

So how did I use both, and neither my game crash or have problems. You sure are conflicting CAM and RCI multi

This mod contains several files, and most of them are inCAMpatible.

Especially desire_override.cat, which changes all RCI developer exemplars where the growth stages are set.
Also, all files in subfolders homejobs, jobs and RCIdemand change the RCI exemplars that are included in CAM.
This mod would change every in-game building and lot, overriding the changes made by CAM.

I thought you just said the CO and CS demand was 24,000... not 52,000...

I am very happy just installed XX Turbo and works with CAM and RCI multi  - I do not know how but everything is as it should and my demand is nearly 60 000 for CO,CS and 45 000 for R
