The freeway an railyard are freakin awesome!  &apls
The most astounding and unique aspect of the human race is our fervent application of our ingenuity to kill each other, thus completely defying the near-universally proven fact that the ultimate goal of a member of a species is to ensure the survival of the species.

Thanks for all the comments!

I'm off on holidays, so no more updates until after the summer.
Thanks to all who followed!

Updates will continue in August.

Until then, here are some pics.

And finally, a summer pic, inspired by the Norwegian Coast and my cabin:

Have a great summer, everyone!

kwakelaar

Your last image looks like the perfect holiday spot, maybe we are even in the same area this summer holiday. I am going to Tromoy myself.

Enjoy your holidays :)

rooker1

Very interesting interchanges.  I like the second one best.  Great work.

Robin

The interchanges are nice, and the third picture, I like that blur effect on the trees to the bottom left and right, gives a nice perspective, as if I was peering through/around some trees from somewhere much higher.

FissileBread

Wow, i really like those intersections, great use of Buddybud's underpasses! The fishing village looks nice too. Good work.

ExiLe

Kwakelaar: lol you went to Tromøy this summer? that is like 15 minutes from where i live! (if you mean Tromøya in Arendal that is).
Anyways to say the least, this summer sucked, though it did't bother me much since I have worked most of this summer :)

take care,
...coming soon

Well, i'm finally back from my holidays, and i'm able to play Sim City yet again.

Durning my holidays I went to a music festival outside Copenhagen, Dennmark. The festival was located right outside a small Danish town called Roskilde. This town was so nice, that it inspired me to create a remake, or atleast a city inspired by it, in sc4.

So, here's a small taste of what's to come:

Replies

ExiLe: Glad to hear it ;)

bat: Thanks!

Yoder7652: Cheers!

jayo: Actually, they're not marrasts, they're made by bubbybud.

kwakelaar: Thanks! Never been to tromøy. Where is it?

Sober: Thanks! That was the intention :P

FissileBread: Thank you!

dedgren: Thanks for stopping by ;)

In a week or so, I will post a full update of Roskilde.

tooheys

Hope you enjoyed the hol's.

That's a great teaser, I like the station with the plazas and bus stations out front. Nicely done.

Looking forward to seeing more.

Cheers

Dave

PS: the rail line going thru the station doesent appear to be flat, but only a minor detail.

Roskilde ? ???  &Thk/(  I do recognized it that name. Ahh I live there. :P

Hope you didn't become totally wet.

For those of you that don't know what I am talking about (probably most) here is some pictures:

Mud, mud and then a little more mud. I'm glad that I wasn't going this year. Been to the Festival 12-15 times.

Love your teaser.
