Listed Dependencies: Is there a "Pack De-confliction list?"

There seem to be a TON of "mega packs" and other collections of props/textures/etc.

Is there a list that indicates if any of these conflict with others?

Props generally don't conflict with other props. The BSC maintains a texture list. Content creators are assigned ranges (if asked) so there are few texture conflicts. Be careful with airports and seaports. Peg's upgradable seaports do not play well with BSC upgradable seaports. So you'll have to decide one or the other but not both.

Growable buildings, parks, civic buildings, etc are all pretty safe. I'd go slow with mods. Try them out one at a time.

There is a list of conflicting mods if you chose to use the CAM. That list has things that I'd call 'cheat mods' e.g. super growth or money cheat mods. But that is only if you wish to try the CAM out.
