Changing the size/strength of the cursor in SC4 Terraformer

Its probably very simple, but as the topic suggests, how do you change the size of the cursor, (or bring the box back up in which you change it). I closed the box and now i cant work out how to bring it back up. Help would be appreciated.

I should confess I havn't put a show toolbar menu , my bad

you can delete the config.ini file in your SC4TF installation folder to bring it back ( quit SC4TF before deleting the file )
