Can't that be done by dragging or laying out puzzle pieces ?

The station is available on the STEX if you search for "Petrouch".  There are two versions - passenger rail and GLR.  I would have provided a link, but the STEX is currently down for maintenance.

As for the loop, this was created with regular GLR pieces as Vester said.  There are some even better loops available in the latest NAM, but they require more space than this.
