Nice update and welcome back  &apls  I like the idea with the Christmas lights on the houses, though it'd be nice if you could make them "glow".

Nice pictures, my favorite is the one with the sunken railway station as i love these old rowhouses there. And the shot with the lights on is cute...  :thumbsup:

Nice to see Your MD here as well.
Are the trees in Your avenues plopped or do they come as You build Your avenues and if so which modd are You using?
I am having trouble finding "growable" seasonal trees for my cities.
