Are you sure you have JES MEGA Props V1 installed? Seeing catty's pictures, I recognize those missing bags, and those are classic jestarr props that are used ubiquitously. A quick look in the P&T Catalog, and it looks like those are in V1 of his props. If you're missing that particular pack, that would amount to a giant amount of missing industrial props.

I'd also check JES MEGA Props v8, as that duplicates some of the barrels/bags/drums props. Hope that helps, and good luck!

Having installed ALL dependencies before asking here, and still getting the boxes, I realize this is useless, really, and so removed sc4 rh and reinstalled clean and will go from there, because obviously some were dropping off somehow or being lost. I know what I did, but there is no way you can, and they did work, then they did not work, and props came up gone.

So far, no issues. Thanks for your time

Thanks for getting back to us, I hope your second attempt is a success, something I would suggest is have the SimCity 4 Extra Cheats Plugin installed

once you have downloaded and installed a plugin you can check it out in a sandbox region as it gives you the ability to use something called LOTPLOP which means you don't have to wait for something to grow you can check it right away, this is what I used in my previous post.
