Black Water

After installing a number of mods including HSR my game now makes all the water completely black when I save that city. It happened after installing a few prop & texture mods (to fix brown boxes & such) so I don't know what went wrong. Could I have actually reached my plugin limit?

EDIT: In new regions the water turns completely black even in the regular game! It affects all regions this way except one.

Your second question, I'm pretty sure negative demand is quite normal, correct me if I' wrong. The first... Are you sure that's not just the realistic water mod? Can we get a close up of the water, in-city?

Also, in the second screenshot the window isn't displaying the demand for agriculture or commercial service; is this normal? Or does that mean it's glitched somehow?

You have installed a water mod that makes your water really dark, i cant tell just by looking at it which water mod it is, maybe someone else can, so you know what file to try to find in your plugin folder

Just a guess here, but did you install Mas71's Japanese River Project? There is a water mod included that darkens that water texture to closer match the project's water color. The file named JRP_WaterMod_Beta that can be removed to eliminate the darker texture.

EDIT: This sort of crash appears to happen in cities that have a high capacity for non-agricultural industrial jobs, which might be related to why the demand for Agriculture is completely blank in the second screenshot (note the blue circle)


EDIT2: Definetly the industry. Dezoning the whole industrial area seemed to fix it. Plus, I had a similar problem when I plopped one of the Canal side granaries. The industry job count must corrupt the RCI data or something.
