Park Towers is looking good; I like the details on the balconies - that's something I would get lost in, and would take up tons of time.  I agree with a previous poster who said that maybe some towels hanging over some of the railings.  But little details like that pay off in the end, they can really bring a BAT to life.

I think SimFox mentioned it elsewhere, but it looks like the sides of Graham Apartments are tiling - there's an obvious repeat in the brick variations that bothers me.  It spoils an otherwise stellar BAT!

Graham Apartments

I have fix the tiling look on the building I hope it looks good to you guys, I have also scaled the trees up a little for height reasons.

For me, it's a perfect BAT 
But, trees would be better as props in the Lot Editor,... it's just my opinion

I have done more work on the building right now I'm working on the top floor/ roof area of the building I hope I can finish it up today then work on the small details and the ground floor next.



If your wondering why the curved edge of the building has dark spots, it's there because of all the lines to make up the rounded curved wall with the windows.

I have added the doors on the apartment, I am having a hard time adding the details, I have to figure out a plan for this, so i'm stuck until I think of somthing.
