So sad i have tripled post, the BAT threads here are not booming like they supposed to.

I second that remark! It's not much better at the Lot threads.... Or maybe my work is less interesting than I think.
But let's not get too negative and 

Your work is always excellent, like this last building too. The four options all look realistic and beautifully detailed. I really like your use of color and texture.
It's just, well... I am concentrating on Dutch rural areas. Not really a location for these beautiful apartment blocks.

But keep it up!

Aaron im following your work for a long time now. This is absolutely fantastic. You can create a family with this building, so every variation will grow on the same lot and will look different. This model and the textures are all worth to release it.

Aaron, I am a huge fan of your buildings. I can't wait until my town is big enough to grow them.

In your latest building, I think there should be more lit windows at night. And I had an idea: would it be hard to add just a fain blueish light to some windows so it looks like just the TV is on?

Hi Aaron,

I remember a while ago you were having troubles with making brick textures.  I was playing around with 3dsMax and found the "tiles" preset in the 2D maps.  I think this would be very helpful if you having found a satisfactory answer already.  Some of the settings allow for color variation on each brick, and since there is no Bitmap, you never have to worry about tiling.  a little fun gave me this:

NYBT Walesbridge

Here's an update on the walesbridge it goes with two apartments. If anyone thinks this building is new then your wrong, this building has been on hold for months now like a lot of my building I have created.

Yesterday was Mies van der Rohes 125th birthday. One of his famous quotes is: "God is in the details".
I'd say: the mass of the building looks good, the detailing in stairs, entrances and fences you show makes me optimistic about the following result.

NYBT Park Towers Apartments

Okay, I think I will leave the windows like this, I do not see anyone disliking them all I will do is put the trees back on the lot and prepare to export this damn devil, I will do another night night render to make sure things are okay, I'm wasting a lot of time on the building and each render is a waste of my my time, there's better things to do like making new bats and finishing the older ones, it's been in the factory to damn long.  :noway:

What I have down on the model is just changed the roof a little I have made it a little dirty, before it look to plane and it needed more action on the roof textures.

Here's a small update before I add the textures and add some terrace junk, I am moving a little fast on this bat because, this building detail is not as hard as the other buildings, I am planning to make a new building but I'm still thinking on it.
