Beautiful pics  &apls &apls

A couple thoughts though--first, the little green awning on the tall building in the first pic seems to extend pretty far out into the road. It works there because the network is street but I think it would be too long for anything else besides OWR1. Second, are we not going to get the famous Aaron Graham slope tolerance and custom foundations?  :-[

Of course these are just small things and I want the overall message I'm sending to be how awesome all your work here truly is  &dance

Absolutely amazing buildings! I love the newer buildings with the shops at the base - as common as that is in the real world it's something that always seemed to be in short supply in SC4. Your attention to detail and mastery with buildings of all shapes and sizes really shows with these last few. Excellent work!  ;D

Simcoug- Thank you!!! :D

noahclem- Thank you, the building awning that is out to far is not my building, you can always tell from my bricks. That's Darknono's building, I was not happy with the awnings myself. I would love to get back to making slope friendly buildings, but for building like this they can only take a little slope and the variations I mod is random so I will have to make one foundation. What do you think?

whatevermind- Thank you!!! :D

NYBT 785 Park Avenue

Okay guys it's time for a new building, I had my eyes on this building sense November 2012, this clay render is very old months old, and now I think it's time to make this one. :D

Here's the google map link to the building. :D

The ground floor shops make these models perfect for inner city urban life! They are great. I love them all and with all these different ones in a row I feel like being in NY.  &apls  &apls  &apls

Lovely new model  &apls  As for your last question, I'm not sure I understand it. Of course I would like to see more of your slope-friendly buildings but if it's too much work I understand. Even a small amount of slope tolerance would be very nice.

metarvo

Your skyline looks quite impressive!   The variations of the E. 19th St. building all look very nice.  What stands out to me the most about this is that I had normally only seen these kinds of variations on small houses, until now.  It's good to see this kind of variety for dense residential buildings.  Last but not least, I like how you varied the nightlighting along with the colors and shops.  Keep up the good work, Aaron!

NYBT 785 Park Avenue

Here's an small update on the 785 Park avenue, I had to keep changing things and it took a long time to get it right, I had to keep undoing things that was not right. I have added some bushed on the terrace and soon need furniture and I still have to model the back of the building and the ac units and roof junk. :D
